Custom Interior Products creates custom, made-by-hand items. Because every item is uniquely crafted, certain policies — especially regarding returns — differ from mass-produced products.
All custom items are made to order.
Production times may vary depending on complexity, materials, and current workload.
By submitting an order, you confirm all measurements, design choices, and details are correct.
Prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Any shipping delays caused by carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) are outside our control.
Custom items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
These are made specifically to your specifications.
If you purchased a standard, non-custom item:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the item.
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
If production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
We will determine whether repair, replacement, or partial refund is appropriate.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
All designs, product images, graphics, and written content on this site are the property of Custom Interior Products and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
We are not liable for:
Installation errors
Damage caused by improper use
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
