Utilizing our state-of-the-art computer modeling and CNC machine, we are able to make a variety of jigs to your specifications and criteria.

Our CNC machine also gives us the ability to rapidly prototype just about anything you can envision. We can accept hand drawings and plans, CAD files in various formats, SketchUp files, and various other input methods – including probing and scanning a 3D model into our system.

Large profiles are no problem. And while most of our work is geared toward the wholesale market, we also sell direct to retail customers. Just bring us a piece of the molding you want and we’ll set up custom knives for your radius profile.
